that you remove all
registry keys and files
that are reported as
invalid. Only exclude
registry keys and files
if you are sure they
are required to run
other software on your

protect your computer

allows you to back up
all registry keys and
files prior to removal
so you can restore them
in the future if you
find that you need them.

A: Please make sure
you are connected to
the Internet and that
any firewall software
is configured to allow
BUG DOC PRO
to connect to the Internet.
Also make sure you are
entering your serial
number/registration
key as it appears in
the email sent to you.
Q: How do I order BUG DOC PRO?

will automatically prompt
you to register the
product when you attempt
to fix the errors. You
can also register the
product by going to
the Home Page and clicking
the Buy Now button and
then clicking your preferred
License Key. Note that
some anti-popup utilities
will close new windows
automatically. You should
temporarily disable
your anti-popup utilities
in order to allow the
registration window
to open.
Q: Will BUG DOC PRO
work on a Mac? Linux?

BUG DOC PRO
is currently compatible
with Microsoft Windows
98/Me/NT4/2000/XP. There
are no plans at this
time to create a version
compatible with the
Mac, Linux, or any other
non-Microsoft Operating
System.
